A stop at Glass Factory Brew House gives you a taste of beer, root beer and hard cider produced right here in the Finger Lakes. The beer and root beer are crafted and brewed on Seneca Lake, while Rootstock Ciderworks in Williamson crafts our hard cider. At Glass Factory Brew House, you typically sample Rootstock’s Original Hard Cider, 4 different styles of beer, and a handcrafted root beer. The beer and root beer are available in growlers and half growlers. Bring your own and we will refill! The cider, is sold only in 22 oz bottles
