    visit to White Springs Winery offers a variety of wine … “a wine for every taste” is our motto.  We have red, white and pink wines ..  dry, sweet and everything in between.  Our varietals include Riesling in 4 different sweetness levels, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Noir.  Native American grapes of Concord, Catawba, and Niagara are found in our Spring House Red, White & Blush.  We also craft wines using Valvin Muscat and Corot Noir, grape varieties developed at the NYS Experiment Station, in Geneva.
